 1. Using the Website

The Website is provided primarily to share information about Jenna Cole, her music, releases, performances and other creative activity.

You may use the Website for personal and lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Jenna Cole or any third party.

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website from time to time.

 2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available on this Website, including photographs, artwork, graphics, text, logos, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Jenna Cole and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to publicly available Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use Website content without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

Music and recordings featured on the Website may be subject to separate copyright, publishing and recording rights.

 3. Beats and Third-Party Purchases

The Website may contain links to beats or other products made available through third-party platforms, including BeatStars.

Where you follow a link to BeatStars or another third-party service, any purchase, licence or other transaction is entered into through that third party and is subject to the terms, licence conditions, refund policy and privacy practices of that platform.

Please review the applicable licence carefully before purchasing or using any beat.

We are not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party websites or services.

 4. Merchandise

From time to time, physical merchandise may be made available for purchase directly through the Website.

Product descriptions and prices will be shown on the Website at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, orders for physical merchandise are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to describe and display products accurately, although colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or payment has not been successfully authorised. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded.

 5. Delivery

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your order.

We will aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Where no specific timeframe has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect your statutory rights.

 6. Returns and Refunds

For most physical merchandise purchased online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to any exceptions provided by law.

To request a return, contact enquiries@jdmediagrp.com within that period.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it. Returned products should be kept in reasonable condition while in your possession.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not meet your statutory rights, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

 7. Payments

Payments for products purchased directly through the Website may be processed through Squarespace Payments and its associated payment providers.

Payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment provider. We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment card details.

 8. Links to Other Websites

The Website may contain links to streaming platforms, social media services, ticketing websites, BeatStars and other third-party websites.

These websites are operated independently and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

 9. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep information on the Website accurate and the Website available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely up to date.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available separately on this Website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page and the date above will be updated accordingly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable where you live.
